1968 SHELBY GT500 |
|
This car was plastic media blasted and primed with PPG20. Completely dissembled and fitted together.
There was some lace rust in the C pillar passenger side by the scoop. This was mig welded and filled. The
motor was bored .030", boiled out and rebuilt with 10.5 C.R. flat top pistons, comp. cam 428CJ type,
lifters and springs. The 390 GT heads were replaced with CJ heads and exhaust manifolds from Shelby
Parts and Restorations. The intake manifold is an aluminum Police interceptor painted to match the block. Thanks, Don Buck
